Yes, no problem under XP. Just Vista.

Well, it seems to be Vista bug:

Unfortunately, U++ still tries to support Win98.... so in principle, it is ANSI app (OTOH it uses Unicode windows, so I am not quite sure if this Vista bug is related, but seems so).
