Compile errror in ctrllib/update.cpp [message #29291]

I have a problem building the latest revision of Upp with MSVC because of a recent change in Update.cpp. I think the two DDUMP calls in lines 115/116 should be surrounded by #ifdef _DEBUG.

OK: rev 2787 fixed it
