the recently introduced Refresh() fix for MinMax EditField
is GCC incompatible..needs sth like the following..

EditCtrl.h:244

...
	typedef EditValue<DataType, Cv> R;
...

	EditMinMax& Min(DataType min)                     { Cv::Min(min); R::Refresh(); return *this; }
...
