Let me translate for some other unaware as me.
The MyApps.var file in the upp folder must have the bazaar path:

UPP = "C:\\MyApps;C:\\upp\\uppsrc;C:\\upp\\bazaar";
COMMON = "C:\\upp\\common";
OUTPUT = "C:\\upp\\out";
