Well, after some consideration, I decided to do this harsh step. Bazaar is archive, developers please move your packages to GitHub and UppHub - basically, follow https://www.ultimatepp.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=113 92&start=0&.

If you have any problems doing so, we are glad to help you! If you are using any package from bazaar that is currently unmaintained, let us know, we can move it as well...
