Hello,

You should be able to compile 32-bit application on 64-bit operating system. This is why we bundle two compilers in single U++ bundle. I will check this problem one more time with fresh U++ installation - however on my Windows 10 it works well (not fresh U++ instalation). Actually I don't have windows 8.1, so I can not test it on machine that posses this operating system.
