Where I can find options to change (for example) MinGW compiler and debuggr to MS ones?
I am interested in info conserning IDE places devoted to this as well as config files to write these by hands.

You need to set up you paths. Automatic setup of build methods should do the trick. If your MINGW is not under U++, you can point to the correct path. There are more complicated ways I won't recommend. You can then change the compiler on the fly:
index.php?t=getfile&id=2925&private=0

You can then change the compiler on the fly:

TNX!
... and where I could fill this list?

Manually in Setup > Build methods or automatically in Setup > Automatic setup (currently on windows only). In the unlikely case you would like to edit those settings by hand in the configuration files they are in the upp directory and have extension .bm, e.g. c:\upp\MINGW.bm in most standard installations.
