Hi,

I'm working on Linux Mint with a fresh TheIDE now and selected: Setup > Source management.. > Source management settings: SVN repository to get the latest SVN source. However, this appears to be stuck on revision 8845. My guess is that it is pointing at the google code SVN mirror, which is read-only now.

Best regards,

Tom

Hi Tom

Yes, the default repository is still the one on googlecode. You can change this for now by selecting "Custom repository" and clicking on the "Setup custom repository..." where the address can be changed. Setting it to svn://www.ultimatepp.org/upp/trunk should work.

I will change the default settings as soon as Mirek decides if and where he creates public mirror.

Best Regards,
Honza

Hi Honza,

Thanks for your help!

It was not possible, however, to switch from google code directly to ultimatepp.org, but after removing configuration (~/.upp), the local copy of sources (~/upp) and reinstalling using local copy of sources option and then switching on to svn://www.ultimatepp.org/upp/trunk/ -- it was up and running again with latest sources!

Thanks and best regards,

Tom

Good to hear you solved it Tom.

You're, right, I forgot that it is not possible to (easily) change address of already existing working copy of sources, so deleting it was the right thing to do. Deleting your configuration (~/.upp) was probably not necessary. At most, deleting ~/.upp/theide/updates.xml should reset all the source update settings.

Best regards,
Honza
