Ide now wordwraps comments and is able to reformat comment block.

Is language configurable ?
How do we turn it on ?
I just compiled the lates version and I can only configure it OFF.

Probably some dictionnary files missing

Yes, you need dict files (e.g. in executable folder). EN-US is normally part of installation, at least in Windows. You can download more here:
