Fix for cross links in TheIDE 'Export group to PDF' and 'Export group to HTML' file sets [message #60456]

Hi,

I noticed that exporting Topic++ groups to PDF or HTML exports the 'topic://' links as is. However, in order for those links to work in browser, they need to be changed to simple file links with correct file extension.

You can find attached a suggestion for solving it in 'ide/Browser/TopicWin.cpp'.

If appropriate, please merge.
