Compiling problem in the Draw package [message #60480]

Hello Friends,
I am very new here as well as to the U++ TheID. While Compiling a project that references to the "Draw" package that comes with the TheID, a strange compiler error occurs stating that an Identifier is required for the enum Item "COUNT" and fails building. But the same "Draw" package is built correctly with another example app "SVGViewer". What to do to come out of this problem?

Another question, Why does TheID builds it again if it already built and in the cache?

Please help me.

The problem you indicate is very strange.
Please describe the steps you do and the problems you find chronologically.
This way we can reproduce your problem.
Include screenshots if necessary.
Don't be afraid to over-explain.
