New QTF sequence

@$hex-number;

now allows to represent characters not present in used encoding.

In other words, before this, storing RichText in encoding that did not contained some character resulted in loss of character. Now you can use any encoding and all characters are preserved.

(Sure, in QTF-8 this is not needed).
