Based on Daniel's encapsulation. So we now have RegEx class, not perfect, but better somethin than nothing....

"plugin" is just a group of packages in regular U++ release.

Means you need latest dev release to get it. I recommend waiting till Thursday - last (and only with PCRE) release was problematic.
