Yes, something is wrong. I'll take a closer look at it before new dev. In the meantime a workaround
go Setup->Build methods->MinGW
in section PATH - executable directories add
C:\upp\mingw\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.2
if you installed upp in c:\upp
It should work now.

Thanks Daniel, this error is fixed. But now i get another one:
Der Befehl "C:\Program" ist entweder falsch geschrieben oder
konnte nicht gefunden werden.
C:\Program Files\UPP\mingw\bin\windres.exe: no resources
prohibisZA: 12 file(s) built in (0:58.75), 4895 msecs / file, duration = 63422 msecs, parallelization 5%
There were errors. (5:14.95)
Looks like it dosn't like the installation-path c:\program files\upp

Interesting, I think " are added to the commandline... Could you please activate Setup/Verbose and post me the actual commandline?
TheIDE is invoking external programs like compiler or windres.exe during the build process, with "commandlines" - equivalent of what you would type into command prompt if you would like to do that without TheIDE...
By activating "Verbose", TheIDE will print these commandlines into console. A great way how to debug build problems.
