With the new mingw, I have decided to measure the build speed of all available win32 compilers.

Benchmark was to measure debug mode compilation of UWord. For mingw, U++ linker was used. HYDRA was set to 2, BLITZ active.

Mingw 3.4    33s
Mingw 4.2    23s (!)
MSC 2003     17s
MSC 2005     18s


GCC 4.2 is really quite an improvement! (but MSC 2003 is still the best...)
