BLITZ is not working with MSVC 7.1 [message #12689]

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Include\tmschema.h(1) : blocks BLITZ of D:\home\sergey\cpp\code\GUI\upp\711-dev1\uppsrc\CtrlLib\ChWin32.cpp

I've just installed TheIDE on Windows and it looks like BLITZ got broken.

709-dev1 seems to be OK.

Nope, this is only the information in Verbose mode - it explains why ChWin32 is excluded from the BLITZ block - because sometimes it is useful to know this. In this case, no action is really needed, excluding ChWin32 is correct.
