We're working on a graphing control and want to use a
rubber-band like operation to magnify a region of interest
in the graphed curve.

The RectTracker example showed RectTracker operation, but how
can we use this for the above operation?

Can someone supply a how-used example in a real-app like
Scribble or something like it?
