Is there a refactoring support feature like renaming functions, methods, classes, structures, typedefs, namespaces etc. in all the source files of the package?

AFAIK not (in the TheIDE, maybe with some external IDE it would be possible to do without problems? I always refactor by hand.).

Not yet. The major hurdle to overcome is overloading resolution...

It might come at some time in the future, but before that, supporting macros in C++ parser has priority.

BTW, is "current package" enough?
