One general note: As there are commit messages on svn, I do not write all small improvements I am working on. Please check
http://code.google.com/p/upp-mirror/source/list
so see what is going on.
Anyway, one bit more important thing (because it was required):
A++ navigator now has "range" buttons - "all", "nest", "package", "file". As File replaces "file index", I dared to finally remove it too (ok, it has not lived for long, just 6 months
