Recently I`ve discovered a nice-looking issue-tracking system on Pidgin site which is called "trac". This is how it looks like:

Notice that clicking on Milestone opens autogenerated to-do details.
In our forum we do constantly have some issue reports, and some of them are hard to find. May be we should consider using it (as more lightweight analogue to bugzilla). It also look like trac somehow connected to SVN which we use.
