P2P programs are the most used programs in the world, giFT include support for multiple networks like Gnutella, Ares, FastTrack (dead?), openFT (FastTrack open-source clone), OpenNap, but can include plugins to support any network.
I suggest can be added KAD (Edonkey decentralized network) and DHT/PeerExchange (Bittorrent decentralized network)
Can anyone do this?
That would turn U++ into a very popular.

Personally I don`t think this will greatly change U++ popularity in any way, because there are good P2P solutions for each platform U++ supports.
