hi guys

anyone knows what the .map file is used for in theide?
i found

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/900axts6%28VS.80%29. aspx
which relates .map (/MAP option in linker) to somehow beeing able to create .def files with *decorated* (c++) names, is it like that??

can anyone spot a light on that?
