I downloaded UPP from sf.net for win32. and install it. the install wizzard can detect vs2008's environment(my pc have installed vs2008).
and then I open the smaple "addressbook" project, but it can not pass the building by theIde?

anybody can help me ?

the errors just like below:

I checked the Core.t file, seems it have east Asian language in the code.
how to deal with it?

I just convert core.t and richedit.t encoding from UTF-8 to default, the ide can be pass the building with MSVC9.
