Convert got two new features supposed to help with Time ranges:

TimeAlways - result of Format always contains time, even if it is midnight

DayEnd - if active, if Scan does not find a time in scanned text, it fills in 23:59:59 as time (instead of default 00:00:00).

DropTime then got support of DayEnd when selecting a day from calendar.
