The lack of document explaining the functioning of upp has been lacking

The download of upp contains 'READ ME' that is empty.

The help on this forum is excellent.

There should be a good API as a part of the upp download or at least a separate download.

If it was not for the help on the forum I would not have continued with upp.
There are probably many new users who have not continued or even got started because of the lack of an API.

AFAIK, API stands for "Application Programming Interface".

Do you mean "documentation" in general?

Download comes with docs, they are accessible via F1 key in theide. The copy and some additional info is available on website.

Thanks Merik

Yes I did intend API

Here is one that is in Java:
http://builds.worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/worldwind-releases/1.2/ docs/api/index.html

On a previous computer I had the API or maybe it was referred to as just documentation for the java language and also for C++ which I am trying to find and download, I may have backed those up on an external HDD.

All functions in alphabetical order with the purpose, an example and link/s

There is much in the upp help, I will get used to using that again as I have not done any programming for a few years.

HM, actually, you inspired an idea. We can already search for function in Navigator, adding help there should not be a problem...
