Yes, yes.... But when I start new little application, I wish to start from some basic translations, but not from empty .t file.
Because I suggest to include sample application to All-I18n.
If we did it, The IDE correctly synchronize .t from .tr.
Wait a moment. uppsrc is translated.
Even texts that are already known (because they were in some other package) will get translated immediately. However, how do you expect the "non-empty" .t file to be created?!
(Note that "empty" means that non-english translations are empty.)
Also, *ANY* U++ application is able to export .tr file and automatically imports it at start.
