Tr file contain only system messages, and NOT contain any standards string, are needed to quick translation.


*.tr files are for running time translation. If you want your app to get translated and translation included in executable you must us a *.t file. it works for me very well.

But t-file is synchronized from IDE .tr files.

Therefore I suggest to include in I18n package some of typically messages (or sample application with this messages),
that are present in any application - "File" "Exit" "Options" "Edit" "Cut" "Paste" "Help" "Search" "Replace" "Open" "Save"...
and so on...
