hi folks,

sometimes its nessesary to disable user's interferences Smile in controls. TabBar is an example for it. a user can kick its elements with close.., but when they have been added in code Smile your out..
so here comes an added property.

ContextMenu(bool v = true);
true by default so no one ever sees the change, but if desired, can disble the whole context menu.

if thats ok and no claims appear the owner can commit Smile, or i will commit in the next days..
