I think this mistake is based on my low english skills...
Of course I explain you what lead me to my question.
At the bottom of (every) ultimatepp.org site is a link "Do you want to contribute?" and on the contribute page there's the point "Edit .tpp files using T++" - this leads me to the meaning that T++ is a program and not a standard. And as T++ and Topic++ both starts with a T i thought it's the same.
