SqlCtrls - 'automatic' mode and reference example

SqlCtrls is now able (using Table method or its operator() synonym) to automatically map widgets to DB columns based on layout and db-schema introspection - columns and widgets are matched by names, case insensitive, Buttons and Labels excluded.
There is now also a new reference example:
http://www.ultimatepp.org/reference$SqlCtrls$en-us.html
demonstrating both "manual" method and new automatic matching, based on main config flag.
