Three postfix characters, '+', '-', '!', places after wildcard designator in replace text, make text upper/lower/initcaps.

E.g.

Find: .$
Replace: .$+

uppercases all C ids that are after '.'.

Also, @# inserts 1-based replacement index and @@ zero-based.
