Application can't be started when the Assembly name has spaces in it [message #45977]

If I create an assembly with a name like "Just Bugfixes", then I can't debug or execute the application.
This has only been tested on Linux (linux Mint 17.3 kde) version 9448-trusty-amd64 (64 bit)(Gtk)
