I would like that memory or other critical errors would call a programmer defined user function.

Now InstallPanicMessageBox() could be an option. However, this is a global handler and Ctrl::Ctrl() calls InstallPanicBox(), so any programmer handler is overwritten when any Ctrl is constructed.
