*.usc files contain various scripts and are using Esc. However, Esc defines just "method" bodies, there is more information in .usc files than just scripts. Anyway, I guess you can look yourself for what is inside .usc files
Basically .usc
- describes properties and (default) visual appearance for widgets, this is needed for Layout designer to work
- can contain TheIDE editor macros
- can contain functions to be used in TheIDE calculator
In other words, .usc is file that contains the "metacode".
