U++ Package availability for LinuxMint
https://www.ultimatepp.org/forums/index.php?t=rview&goto=45920&th=9549#msg_45920
I am setting up a virtual machine with LinuxMint 17.3 Cinnamon and just noticed that there are currently no working Ubuntu packages available for current U++ (or 2015.2). Neither the Launchpad PPA nor OBS are working at this time. Any other sources for packages or should I simply build from sources?
Best regards,
Tom]]>Tom12016-01-26T09:53:00-00:00Re: U++ Package availability for LinuxMint

Hi Tom,
The problem with nightly builds has been identified and the fix is underway (see redmine). For now, you should be able to install older version of nightly builds (9293) from OBS.
I will also try to add packages for the latest stable release soon. It somehow slipped my attention when it was released, sorry

Most of the 2015.2 packages are now ready in the repositories on OBS and the last few is building now. Hope that helps

Thanks for making it run again! I just installed successfully from nightly ppa.
For making it more approachable for new incoming U++ users, I think the latest stable build (2015.2) should be updated on your PPA too.
