I would like to have a preference in theIde to select if the open/saveas dialog should be the U++ custom open dialog, or the Windows standard open dialog.

I have no problem with that, however the problem is that for selection of package file, dialog has to be "locked" in package directory.

I am not sure you can achieve that with standard win32 dialog.

P.S.: I definitely will add option for that scrollbar/columnlist trouble (and make "horizontal" the default).
