Debugging doesn't work with 711-dev2, win32, and mingw [message #13142]

While the debugging window is showing the function with the breakpoint in it (method, actually) and the disassembly seems ok, no variables at all, neither Watches, nor Locals, nor Autos, are being displayed.

Debugging externally and running says:
