Added simple ValueMap, similar to ValueArray, but with keys.
ValueArray and ValueMap are mutually convertible.
One of important uses was to simplify dealing with multi-index converts in ArrayCtrl - you can now address individual values using either ValueArray or ValueMap... (column Ids are used as keys, obviously).
