What does Vector::GetIndex do?

Well, it seemed like good idea at time to provide a function to return index for pointer (or iterator).

As we moved from iterator idea in favor of indicies, it was rarely used. That is why it is not even documented. Kept only to maintain backward compatibility....

Maybe it should be documented as deprecated. It is easy to confuse it with FindIndex.
