theIDE: Passing cmd line argument during DEBUG? [message #15408]

Hi,
I am developping a command line app that receives an ragument containning the name of a file. I am debugging the application in the theIDE and I need to pass the command line argument during debug startup. How do I pass a command line argument in the IDE?
