Found this cross-platform C++ library on SourceForge.

http://dclib.sourceforge.net/

From the site:
Quote:

It is a modern C++ library with a focus on portability and program correctness. It strives to be easy to use right and hard to use wrong. Thus, it comes with extensive documentation and thorough debugging modes.

It contains a queue container, which I think would be great for Upp to have. I've also worked with the python Queue implementation and I like it.
