tooltip bug with assist++ [message #20034]

I don't know if this is a bug but this is very stange.

How to produce it :
- create a new CtrlLib App with layout
- edit code and keep editing cursor between function call braces. (Assist++ tooltip is displayed)
- Launch the app

You will see this

An other problem is when i display my desktop the tooltip is again on screen....

Where is the problem ?
