Added:
- Thread::GetCount() - returns total number of threads invoked (main thread does not count)
- Thread::ShutdownThreads() - wait until Thread::GetCount() == 0
- Thread::IsShutdownThreads()- is active while ShutdownThreads waits.... (so that threads can check this and terminate)
- SliderCtrl: vertical orientation
- Reference: ArrayCtrlEdits

Modified:
- SqlCommander: refactored SqlObjectTree (old TreeCtrl replaced with the new one, removed dependency of TCtrlLib)

Fixed:
- ArrayCtrl: scroll position bug
