Slovak translation file for Upp1032 and missing AllForI18n [message #20739]

Here is Slovak translation file for Upp1032.
I'm just missing AllForI18n in Upp1032 sources so I've copied it from 2008.1. Is there any change in process of translating from 2008.1? I've searched the forum and found nothing regarding it.

As for All4i18n, it is the same - I have just forgot to add this package to the list of "install" packages..
