Taiwan translation for SVN. r1055 2009-04-12

Please Update, and thanks.

BTW, could you add the package SqlCtrl into AllForI18n,because i have also update the content of SqlCtrl\SqlCtrl.t in the following tr file, or i have to do that by myself manually in the every new release of svn build. Sad

Thanks once again. Very Happy

Please Update, and thanks.

BTW would you please add language option: ZH-TW to package Report in AllForI18n. Because I also update Report.t in the tr file.
