Hi,
I found a bug in Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, maybe it exists in other versions too. Does someone know how to report it? I didn't found a Bugzilla like application on MS site.

How to reproduce it:
With Aero Pick disabled, move your Task-Bar to the right of the screen. Now put your mouse pointer over "ShowDesktop" button from bottom-right display corner and "Show desktop" tool-tip will appear in bottom-left corner not near your Task-Bar.
