Updated FileSel and SQL texts.
Probably SQL texts could be reduced.
Please check if "SQL Commander" text has to be translated, as perhaps it is a proper noun.

Please fix this in CtrlLib.t
Now it appears:
T_("Music")
esES("M sica")
T_("Pictures")
esES("Im nes")
and it should be:
T_("Music")
esES("Música")
T_("Pictures")
esES("Imágenes")
