Hi,

Widget tips seem to be unusually persistent on linux, they don't disappear even when application loses its focus:

index.php?t=getfile&id=2673&private=0

Hopefully fixed. Please check.

Unfortunately, there is no "central" tip class, so it was three different fixes... and it is possible I forgot some other tips in the process.
