It means that writes won't block reads any more. This feature makes SQLITE much more attractive as a database engine.
IMHO, SQLITE should be updated to a 3.7.x in UPP.

It's been a long time since Sqlite got write-ahead logging. It has version 3.7.7.1 now.
IMHO, it should be safe to update.
