Hello Ratah

This link looks very good:

It:
- Creates a registry key for your application
- Registers your file type
- Registers the command that has to be executed when the file type is double clicked in Windows Explorer
- Adds a reference to the icon.

In addition U++ function SetWinRegString() (not documented yet) will help you a lot.
